REFUND POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Outpace experience. If you're not, eligible items may be returned under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all hang tags attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery to qualify for store credit.

  • Returns attempted beyond 14 days will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and cost-effective shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or damaged return packages.

Once your return is received and approved, a store credit will be issued for the item’s original purchase price, including taxes. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns that show any signs of wear (stains, odors, damage, or missing tags) will not be accepted. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our standards.



LIMITED DROPS POLICY

All sales on limited drops are final.
Due to the exclusive nature of these releases, no returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted.

We do not offer price adjustments on items purchased before a sale begins.
